Where does BRAHM ship and what are the shipping costs?

We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders.

Do I have to pay taxes and duties?

While our prices are inclusive of taxes and shipping costs, international orders may be subject to additional customs duties. Customers should be aware that any specific custom duties encountered in their home country must be borne by the buyer.

How long will delivery take?

All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped/delivered within 2 weeks. Larger pieces made to order, like furniture, will require up to 4 weeks for production and delivery.

How do you package the items?

We take exceptional care in packaging our products. Our pieces are delivered in cartons with foam lining, with each sculpture wrapped securely in bubble wrap. For wallpapers, we securely pack them in rigid cardboard tubes.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We are committed to your satisfaction and have a straightforward returns process. We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@brahmcollection.com with a photo of the damage, and we will guide you through the process.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued as store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds for undamaged items.
